The Lumia 720 is now available for pre-order on the N-Store in Russia. Nokia's new Windows Phone will sell for 14,990 rubles ($480) as was previously covered, and will be available in red, white, yellow and black. The device will launch on April 12th, according to the pre-order page.

The Lumia 720 features a 4.3-inch IPS display (480x800), 1GHz dual-core chip, with 8GB internal storage (SD support included) and 512MB RAM. The added bonus with the Lumia 720 is the front-facing camera. This 1.3MP shooter joins the 6.7MP main camera on the rear of the device.

  • At the end of the article, I think you mean Nokia Lumia 720.
  • And in the picture ;)
  • Is it just me or is the 720 turning out to be a little overpriced ?
I was actually looking forward to getting this but more in the range of $350 ..
  • Russia prices and the pre-order prices always give that image. Smartphones are not cheap in Europe with ~24% value added tax, even more expensive in countries like Russian and Brazil where high end smartphones can cost way above $1000.
It needs to slot between Lumia 620 that's suggested price is 249 euros and 369 euros of Lumia 820 (that's with tax).
  • Bang on with the price range... considering that it doesn't offer that much over the 520 , apart from the camera(s)..
This IS ,arguably, the best looking Lumia in terms of design and dimensions...should sell like hotcakes if they get the price right..
  • In Thailand Lumia 720 is available and the price is 10 900 bahts ($370) and the initial prices are always a bit higher...
  • Russian cellphones are usually overpriced. Let's just wait for it to come across the world.
  • Jeez...all of these phones are expensive..I got my Nokia Lumia 920 for 300 on the dot off contract
  • When will it come in India..
  • I just pre-ordered mine for 15,750 INR (288 USD) on eBay
Apparently it will launch mid-April in India. Can't wait to get my hands on it! :)
