AT&T has today announced a new trade in program for select new hardware, including the Lumia 1520 from Nokia. Starting today, you'll be able to trade in a qualified smartphone at your local AT&T store to receive at least $100 off Nokia's "phablet." The Windows Phone will still require a two-year contract, but at least you're slashing something off the initial cost, which would set you back $199.
The only requirement is that the smartphone be no more than three years old and is in a good, working condition. After you've got the gift card, you'll be able to use it against the Lumia 1520. The Windows Phone is currently available for pre-order at both AT&T and Microsoft Stores.
You'll have to act quickly should you wish to trade in your mobile device, as the deal will end on December 7th. We recommend you check with your local branch for further details. You'll also be able to have a quick play with display models in-store to see if the massive Windows Phone is right for you.
