Shadows of the Damned and Rocket Knight head to Xbox backward compatibility

The Xbox One's ever-expanding list of backwards compatible games is growing even more with two new additions. The latest Xbox 360 titles to hit the backwards compatible list include Shadows of the Damned and Rocket Knight, Xbox's Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb announced on Twitter.

If you're unfamiliar with the games, Rocket Knight is a classic 2D side-scroller from Konami that hit the Xbox 360 as an updated arcade title back in 2010. The game stars an opossum named Sparkster who must save his people from the threat of an enemy wolf army.

Meanwhile, Shadows of the Damned is (as you'd expect) a much darker title from 2012. In Shadows of the Damned, your put in the shoes of a demon hunter who must take on the literal armies of hell in order to save his love. Helping you is a former demon that can turn into a variety of different weapons as you head into combat, solve puzzles and more.
