Apple may be in the headlines for its new iPad Pro, but it's not the only 2-in-1 device on the market. Right now, you can save hundreds of dollars on the Surface Pro 7 through Microsoft and Best Buy. There are deals from the more modest Intel Core i3 Surface Pro 7 all the way up to the Intel Core i7 model.

The Surface Pro 7 is one of the best Windows laptops around. Its detachable design is often immitated, but the Surface Pro 7 remains at the top of the Windows 2-in-1s. If you grab it from Best Buy, you can get a Type Cover as part of its sale price. The Microsoft Store deal isn't quite as good, but has an option for the Intel Core i5 model.

The Surface Pro 7 is one of the best Windows laptops. While many competitors immitate its form factor and design, our executive editor calls the Surface Pro 7 "Microsoft's king of the 2-in-1s" in his Surface Pro 7 review.

With a starting price of $599 with a Black Type Cover, this isn't the cheapest that we've ever seen a Surface Pro 7, but it's close. A great thing about the current sale is that it's not limited to the entry-level Surface Pro 7. Best Buy also has a deal on the Intel Core i7 with 16GB of RAM for $1,200.

The goldilocks model, the Intel Core i5 with 8GB of RAM isn't on sale through Best Buy, but if you head over to the Microsoft Store you can snag it for $699, though you'll have to purchase the Type Cover separately.

  • Fine until you said BestBuy. Never buy computers through those guys.
