  • I've owned Duo 1 and Duo 2 from day one...and I pretty much agree on all points. The software is NOT an impediment at this point. The form factor is definitely a "vision" decision for user. One I totally am in on. That being said most people who see it have no idea what it is...and always ask if it is a Samsung. Not going to sell many if no one knows about it (since most US folks get phones from carriers then they don't really know about it). Going forward I would love to see wireless charging in Duo 3...and perhaps make the Surface Duo 2 Pen Cover be e-ink to show notifications and allow you to answer calls (even if it crushes the battery like the current one)? I am not a big fan of the glance bar since it is so small and angle for viewing is tough. I love the better camera but really miss it opening flat like Duo 1. All that being said I love this thing and am already sad to think they will drop it after the next I can add it into the heap with my Lumia devices, Bands, etc.
  • It still has some dumb functionality that needs to be addressed. For one, why do notifications pop up on a screen with content that you're using when they should default to the empty screen to the left or right? That's so annoying.
