All of these are great games, but we're partial to Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr. It's just a fantastic Diablo-like game you'll love. It's challenging and there are tons of missions. V-Rally 4 offers a great simulation experience. Sensible World of Soccer is also surprisingly addictive. Lastly, Overlord II is the cult classic everyone loved on Xbox 360.

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate bundles Xbox Game Pass for Xbox One, Xbox Game Pass for PC, and Xbox Live Gold into one package. The monthly subscription fee goes up to $15 a month, but you gain access to over two hundred games instantaneously.
