The Dell G5 gaming laptop is on sale at Walmart for $799. It's on sale for $200 off its regular retail price. The Dell G5 is a 15-inch gaming laptop aimed at delivering power for an affordable price.

The specific configuration that is on sale is the Dell G5587 with an Intel Core i5-8300H, an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB, 16GB of RAM, 256GB SSD and 1TB HDD. This configuration isn't going to run the latest games at the highest settings, but it shouldn't' be scoffed at. This version of the Dell G5 delivers a lot of power for its price, even more so that it's on sale.

Dell announced the refreshed Dell G5 at CES 2019, and it launched at the end of January. It launched alongside its more affordable larger sibling, the Dell G7.
