If its a WinRT app, maybe you should not open with "for Windows 10 Mobile". It manages to mislead people who're looking for 8.1 apps, and the ones looking for UWAs alike. WinRT works on W10M. Its understood. So, its ok if you say "for Windows Phone 8.1 and above" or " is a WinRT app". Common people might not know what latter is, but the former always works. It lets the 8.1 people know that they're covered, and assures the W10M people that it'll work for them nonetheless.
