The ASUS ROG Strix G16 (AMD) is one of the best gaming laptops built with an AMD CPU we've covered in a long time, for a multitude of reasons.

It's built with an AMD Ryzen 9 8000 Series processor, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti GPU, 16GB of RAM, and a 1TB SSD.

With these hardware powers combined, the ASUS ROG Strix G16 can run nearly high-end AAA PC games thrown its way at their highest graphical option settings while achieving high frame rates for smoother gameplay.

For example, in our review of the ASUS ROG Strix G16, this laptop was able to run the graphically demanding Cyberpunk 2077 at around 60 FPS with ray tracing and ultra-high graphics settings and at 140 FPS with NVIDIA DLSS multi-frame generation turned on.

The ASUS ROG Strix G16 (AMD)'s other standout features include a 16:10 FHD display with a 165Hz refresh rate and 3ms response times, which help maintain smooth frame rates and reduce input delay.

Additionally, it has a comfortable and responsive keyboard that features extra buttons, strong wireless connectivity, and a built-in FHD webcam and microphone array to chat with friends and family online.

What's more is that the ASUS ROG Strix G16 (AMD) has incredible value for packing such powerful hardware specs at an MSRP of $1999.99, especially when compared to similarly strong-performing gaming laptops like the HP OMEN MAX 16, which usually runs for $2,399.99 at retail.

Value, which has become even better now that the ASUS ROG Strix G16 (AMD) is on sale for $1599.99 at Best Buy.

So if you're looking for a premium-level gaming laptop on sale built with an RTX 5070 Ti GPU, this is one of the best bets to go with.
