You may recall the HERE suite of apps disappearing from the Windows Store back in October, which was reportedly caused by a technical issue. This problem continued until the start of 2016, but now we've been made aware of their return.
The HERE Maps and HERE City Lens apps for Windows Phone received updates today, but both are minor with just bug fixes and improvements included.
