Zen Studios' Infinite Minigolf hits Xbox One on July 25, now up for preorder

Infinite Minigolf, the latest title from Pinball FX2 creator Zen Studios, now has a release date for consoles. The game will officially swing its way onto Xbox One and PS4 on July 25, and is now available for preorder for $15.

Infinite Minigolf is actually Zen Studios' second minigolf game after 2010's Planet Minigolf. The latest title improves on the former by adding better tools to create courses, including new environments, tiles, and objects to use. Single player, along with online and local multiplayer are here with support for up to 8 players. Along with tournaments and challenges, you can also unlock power-ups and customize your avatar as you play.

Zen Studios has some experience developing smaller, addictive titles, including the popular Pinball FX2. And while Infinite Minigolf doesn't look to be the deepest or most graphically intensive title in the world, it could definitely be a solid couch co-op romp.
