carphone warehouse

The newest entry-level phone is now available from the UK's Carphone Warehouse for the absurdly-low price of just £29.99.

If you've been looking for a cheap way to get in to Windows Phone, or just a cheap spare to have around or something for the kids, the Microsoft Lumia 435 from Carphone Warehouse might be just the phone you're looking for. Available for pay-as-you-go plans on Orange, Vodaphone, O2, T-Mobile, and Virgin, the phone clocks in at as low as £29.99 (or £39.99 if you need to get it with a new SIM).

The company selected the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini, HTC One Mini 2, Nokia Lumia 630, LG G2 Mini and Sony Xperia Z1 Compact for a specific test – to be blasted by a flamethrower.

EE is looking to pull out of its partnership with Carphone Warehouse, with a decision to be reached following a review of its consumer retail strategy. Should the largest mobile operator in the UK terminate dealings with the retailer, it will be a sizeable blow leaving just O2 and Vodafone as viable options through Carphone Warehouse. The move would see EE deal directly with consumers, eliminating third-party retailers.
