State of Decay 2 is a zombie-themed survival game, developed by Undead Labs and published by Microsoft Studios. Following up to the original State of Decay released in 2013 for Xbox 360, the latest entry doubles down on the franchise's defining traits. With a heavier focus on rebuilding society, players can build diverse communities and outposts to support them.
Following its unveiling at E3 2016, State of Decay 2 arrived on May 22, 2018, priced at $29.99. Xbox Game Pass subscriptions also provide unrestricted access at no additional cost.
