Amazon has a variety of Sony unlocked Android phones starting at $250

Amazon has a selection of Sony's unlocked Android phones (opens in new tab) on sale right now with prices starting at just $249.99. There are three different models to choose from, including the Xperia XA1 Plus (opens in new tab), the Xperia XZ1 (opens in new tab), and the Xperia XZ Premium (opens in new tab), priced at $250, $400, and $450 respectively. Each one is available in a variety of colors, though pricing may vary slightly on each option.

The Xperia XA1 Plus has a 5.5-inch display and 32GB of storage, while the XZ1 offers a slightly smaller 5.2-inch display and 64GB of storage. The XZ Premium combines the larger 5.5-inch display with 64GB of storage, and has Dual Sim functionality. Sony recently announced that these devices would be updated to the latest Android OS, Pie.
