Forza Horizon 3 will be bundled for free with new ASUS ROG gaming PCs

A free download code for Microsoft's just released open-world racing game Forza Horizon 3 will be bundled with the purchase of new gaming desktop and notebook PCs from ASUS' ROG division.

The Windows 10 PC version of the game features support for 4K and 21:9 Ultrawide resolutions, and a multitude of options that enable PC gamers to customize the experience to their liking. Among the ASUS ROG systems that come with the game are: G752VS, G752VM, GL502VS, GL502VM, G701VI, GL702VM, GT51CA, G11CD, G20CB and more.
Keep in mind that Forza Horizon 3 lets people who get the digital version on Windows 10 download the game on the Xbox One console for free, and vice-versa, via the Xbox Play Anywhere program.

Does this mean that the ASUS series of listed gaming laptops come pre-installed with forza 3 or do we need to download a digital copy of the game? OR Do we need to have a digital copy of windows 10, which I'm assuming would come when you purchase the ASUS laptop on which this offer running?
