Microsoft reconnects Lani with her family after 15 years for Christmas

Microsoft today released a new promotional video for its #MakeItHappen campaign by showcasing how it gave Lani and her family an unexpected holiday surprise by reuniting them all for the first time in 15 years. With its #MakeItHappen Lumia Windows Phone marketing campaign, Microsoft will help 31 people with their New Year resolutions for 2015.

It's actually the first time Lani's daughter will spend the holidays with her grandparents in the US, making it quite the special occasion and one Microsoft will definitely highlight for its #MakeItHappen campaign. Every day throughout December, Microsoft will be helping a lucky individual with their resolutions. Be sure to get yours in to Microsoft today.

  • didn't you hear about those new, inductive charging chips, that can be implanted into the palms of your hand and charge your phone with only the energy, your body produces anyways?
  • Ohh my bad xD
I've totally forgot about that :p
  • I know this is probably just a Publicity stunt for Microsoft, HOWEVER I still think it's amazing what they did for this family, something they won't forget in thier life times and something they can truely treasure and just because they asked Microsoft to make it happen....amazing....well done Microsoft....I also think that new real time translating Skype Software is incredible as well, and I also noticed the phone showing it was charing whilst it was in her hands and not connected to anything, maybe it didn't show up on camera correctly, so they made their own recording and edited in there, who knows....either way, the point that they did this makes that charging icon something I don't even care about!!!!
  • Super sweet!
