What you need to know

  • Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is a third-person action game from Respawn Entertainment.
  • The title looks like it features combat similar to Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.
  • Xbox One S and Xbox One X bundles with the game were just announced.
  • You can preorder Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order for $50 on Amazon.

Yesterday, a report emerged which suggested that Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Xbox One S and Xbox One X bundles were going to be announced soon. Two listings were spotted at a couple of retailers as the day went on. We thought that the wait would be longer, but it turns out that Larry Hryb, Xbox Live's Director of Programming, had other plans.

This morning, Hryb tweeted out that the Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Xbox One S and Xbox One X bundles were available for preorder. As expected, they launch on November 15, when the game launches. The Xbox One X bundle costs $500 and the Xbox One S bundles comes in at $300. It's a shame that these consoles don't have any special designs on them because that would make them incredible collector's items. Luckily, they come with the two Knights of the Old Republic games.

Contrary to rumors, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is a story-driven third-person action game that Respawn Entertainment has been working on for many years. There's no multiplayer or microtransactions in the game, and it may even run at 60 frames per second on Xbox One X. However, only time will tell once the title launches on the system. We'll keep you posted as soon as we know more.
