Acer has announced that the new, affordable Liquid M330 with Windows 10 Mobile is launching this month. Priced at just $99.99, the sleek 4.5-inch smartphone comes with 4G LTE support and the latest version of Microsoft's mobile OS. The Microsoft Store will commence selling the handset later this month in the U.S.

So what does the low price tag get you? Joining the 4.5-inch IPS panel is a 5MP rear shooter, Qualcomm 210 processor at 1.1GHz, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage (expandable with MicroSD), and a removable 2000mAh battery. We took a brief look at the Liquid M330 back at IFA 2015.

SAN JOSE, Calif. (April 14, 2016) Acer today introduces its new Liquid M330 smartphone and will make it available through Microsoft Stores in the United States this month. Outfitted with Windows 10 Mobile, it's intuitive and provides the essential features required to satisfy those looking for a simple and affordable smartphone.

Due to the popularity of the Windows operating system, the Liquid M330 is easy to use and customize, and fully supports Microsoft applications and services such as OneDrive cloud storage, Skype™ videoconferencing, Office scheduling and productivity apps as well as the Cortana(1) digital assistant for control via voice commands. Fast 4G LTE Cat. 4 connectivity makes downloads a snap.

The 4.5-inch FWVGA (854x480) 16:9 capacitive touch display with up to 350 nits brightness and IPS technology enables screen content to be viewed clearly from almost every angle. A slender and appealing design features an elegant hairline brush pattern in sleek black. Conforming to the hand's natural contours, the ergonomic design provides a secure grip. It's also compact and comfortably lightweight, measuring just 5.3- x 2.6-x 0.39-inches and weighing only 5.1 ounces.

Boasting a 5MP auto focus rear camera with flash LED, the Liquid M330 captures beautiful, high quality images, while the front 5MP fixed focus camera is perfect for selfies and video on-the-go. The smartphone also supports 720P @ 30fps HD videoconferencing for catching up face-to-face with family and friends.

Ample power is fueled by a quad-core Qualcomm® 210 processor(2) with speeds up to 1.1GHz and 1GB memory. The 2000mAh battery delivers up to 15 hours talk time and up to 230 hours in standby on a single charge.(3) It's also replaceable, extending the life of the smartphone and saving customers' time and money upgrading.
