The update repairs issues with game installations and download speeds.
The patch notes are as follows (via the Xbox Forum):

**Available: ** 6:00PM PST 12/5 (1:00AM GMT 6/12)
- Games should now install more reliably and encounter fewer installation failures on slower connections.
- Resolved an issue which prevented users from successfully downloading games.
