The Elder Scrolls Online is popular massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) which has garnered a strong player base over the years. A large part of the game's success can be attributed to a steady influx of new content. Towards the beginning of June 2019, The Elder Scrolls Online: Elsweyr launched on Xbox One and it adds dragons to the game. However, gamers missed the lands of Skyrim the most.

At The Game Awards 2019, Bethesda revealed that The Elder Scrolls Online will be heading to Skyim. This has been a long-requested update, and it's great to see that it's finally happening.

At The Game Awards... ZeniMax Online Studios presented a thrilling cinematic trailer showing the climax of the Season of the Dragon, The Elder Scrolls Online's first year-long interconnected adventure. Eagled-eyed viewers will notice... teased next year's big adventure right at the end. With the Season of the Dragon coming to a close, it's time to prepare for 2020's year-long adventure, returning Elder Scrolls fans to the legendary lands of Skyrim.

Ever since The Elder Scrolls Online launched all those years ago, I've been wanting a Chapter that takes place properly in Skyrim. I can't wait to see what the team has in store for the MMORPG. Luckily, the "Greymoor" expansion will be here before you know it because it's launching in May on PC and June on consoles. You can read more about the content on The Elder Scrolls Online website.

If you haven't played The Elder Scrolls Online yet, you can do so through Xbox Game Pass. While all the latest expansions won't be available, it'll still give you hundreds of hours of gameplay, and maybe more if you want to take part in the endgame challenges.
