Only 17 people have Call of Duty: Warzone's rarest reward — but reaction shows there's still a lack of player trust
The win streak Camos in Warzone are so exclusive that less than 500 people have each one, but player reaction shows a wider issue remains with trust.
Since Season 01 Reloaded dropped for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and Warzone, players have been attempting challenges harder than anything we've seen in some time.
For playing Warzone and building a big enough win streak, the rewards are some weapon camos, which we already knew would be the rarest in the game.
But following a post on X from Raven Software, the Activision studio responsible primarily for Warzone, we know just how rare. One of them has only been obtained by 17 players.
Congratulations to everyone who has conquered the challenge to unlock the exclusive Season 01 Win Streak camos! 🏆Number of players who’ve already earned a camo: • Battle Royale 10 Win Streak: 236 • Battle Royale 25 Win Streak: 17 • Resurgence 30 Win Streak: 447 •…January 21, 2026
As expected, the success rate on the Resurgence rewards for 30 and 50 win streaks is higher. Matches are shorter, and there are regular respawns. But the ultimate chase — a 25 win streak on Battle Royale — that has so far only been claimed by 17 players.
That also means that 17 or less can claim to have completed the full set. That's a tiny, tiny amount, considering the many tens of thousands of players who jump into Warzone every day.
And no, these can't be done in Casual. Only by putting on your grown up pants and playing the proper modes. Credit to everyone who's done it, I won't even attempt it. I've watched some of the best known players go for these streaks, and it's a slog. One loss, and you're back to zero.
However, reaction to the numbers has been mixed on social media, and shows a wider lack of trust with the players that still needs to be fixed. Cheating.

To Activision's credit, Ricochet does seem to be doing a much better job since Black Ops 7 launched. Whether it's the new TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot requirement on PC, or a combination of factors, it does work significantly better even just from my own experience.
But since the win streak Camos were revealed, and still to this day, there's a sentiment of "rewarding cheaters." Many of the replies prove this.
I will say that I'm firmly of the opinion that in many cases, it's 'sour grapes' and other players weren't actually cheating, they're just better. But I have also seen evidence watching streamers play that there are still blatant cheaters in the game.
This is probably an unwinnable battle, at least in the short term. Because the cheating problem was so bad for so long, players have become jaded, and it's almost a default response from many.
17 people is not a lot, even if they were cheaters. So something must be working. The true test will be when Ranked Play drops in Season 02.
Raven has also confirmed that these win streak Camos will be gone at the end of the season, with new ones to chase in Season 02. So you've only got a couple of weeks left to get them done.
