The Samsung Pro 990 SSD has plenty of enticing selling points for gamers, content creators, and professionals alike.

It has a wide variety of size models available (1TB, 2TB, and 4TB) with alternative heatsink versions to prevent thermal throttling. It has fantastic performance ratings with 7,450 MB/s Read Speeds and 6,900 MB/s Write Speed, which immensely reduces loading times for games without lag or delay and boosts file transfer speeds when porting or extracting files to the Samsung Pro 990 SSD.

Other noteworthy features include solid thermal management (even with the non-heatsink versions), compatibility with PlayStation 5 consoles, a 5-year limited warranty, and RGB lighting for its Heatsink variants.

The only drawbacks of this SSD are that's not compatible with 5.0 PCIe slots and it's pricey $639.99 MSRP. However, with this $429.99 discounted price at Amazon, you will be able to dodge the latter issue and enjoying reaping the benefits of one of the best SSDs around while saving $210 in the process.
