The incredibly powerful Xbox One X is capable of pushing visuals up to 4K on a compatible UHD TV set. While not all games run at native 4K all the time due to dynamic resolution scaling, these titles nonetheless look incredible on the Xbox One X, beating out competing consoles and all but some of the most expensive gaming PCs.

Once you go 4K, it's hard to go back

While you do need a 4K TV to get the most out of the Xbox One X, many games enjoy superior frame rates and draw distances even on a 1080p set, making the Xbox One X difficult to walk away from once you've upgraded. If I had to recommend just a couple of games, Red Dead Redemption 2 truly represents the bleeding edge of 3D story-telling, and exemplifies the technical achievement found within the X. Battlefield V, and even the older Star Wars Battlefront II also showcase how great the Frostbite engine can be on Xbox One X as well, while maintaining 60 frames per second.
