Grab the Galaxy S9 for 50% off through Verizon

Verizon has a very unique, very limited deal on the Samsung Galaxy S9 going on right now. If you act before July 24, you can get the Android smartphone on sale for 50% off its regular price. That's a huge discount that simply requires signing up for a new line of service. You'll create a contract for the regular price of $599.99, but you'll have a $300 promotional credit applied to your monthly bill over the course of the two-year commitment.

The Galaxy S9 comes available in Lilac Purple, Coral Blue, and Midnight Black. All three colors can take advantage of this deal. The internal storage for the S9 is 64GB, and there's no option to expand it with this deal. Check out our roundup of the best microSD cards to add more space with all that money you're about to save.

Our Galaxy S9 review gave it 4.5 stars out of 5 and a Recommended badge. The review said people who get this phone will "know that this phone has cool new features, does everything they ask of it, and in turn brings no measurable flaws, trade-offs or downsides."

If you're a Sprint customer, you can also get the S9 on sale there for as low as $5 a month if you sign up for the Flex Lease program.
