Both Legion Go S (SteamOS) (LeGo S to fans) configurations have a phenomenal discount this Cyber Monday; in fact, they're the best handheld deals going on now.

If you've grabbed one of these sweet handheld gaming PCs, then you'll want to grab the essential accessories to go with them.

Lenovo Legion Go S (Z2 GO, SteamOS)
Lowest price ever 💰
Save $200
Lenovo Legion Go S (Z2 GO, SteamOS): was $649.99 now $449.99 at Best Buy

This is the least powerful Legion Go S (SteamOS) configuration with an AMD Ryzen Z2 Go chip, 16GB RAM, and 512GB SSD. Still, it's capable of playing any game that can run on Steam Deck and offers a much better display with higher resolution. It also has Hall Effect joysticks that won't drift.

Lenovo Legion Go S (Z1 Extreme, SteamOS)
Faster ⚡
Save 28% ($250)
Lenovo Legion Go S (Z1 Extreme, SteamOS): was $899.99 now $649.99 at Best Buy

This handheld is for those who want a Steam Deck with faster internals. It utilizes a Z1 Extreme processor, 32GB of RAM, and 1TB. As with the base model, it has an impressive 8-inch display and Hall Effect joysticks. But because of its more powerful internals, it can play some games that the Steam Deck struggles with.

Screen protection 🛡️
Save 15% ($1.20)
iVoler Tempered Glass Screen Protector for Legion Go S [2-Pack]: was $7.99 now $6.79 at Amazon

There's no denying that the Legion Go S is expensive, even when on sale. So, it's best to protect that costly handheld with a tempered glass screen protector.

Samsung PRO Plus microSD Memory Card
Game storage 🗄️
Save 33% ($40)
Samsung PRO Plus microSD Memory Card: was $119.99 now $79.99 at Amazon

It's very easy to run out of room for your games on the Legion Go S. If you don't want to do the uninstall dance every time you want to play a new game, then you should consider increasing your storage with this microSD card.

dBrand Killswitch Travel Kit for Legion Go S
Protective case 🛡️
dBrand Killswitch Travel Kit for Legion Go S: was $99.89 now $79.85 at dbrand

There are plenty of protective cases and carrying cases out there, but dBrand's Killswitch is a top-quality offering. It provides the Legion Go S with a kickstand, textured grips, and a plastic cover to protect the joysticks and screen when you travel. It's also slimmer than using a carrying case.

JSAUX 6-in-1 Multifunctional Docking Station
Play on TV 📺
Save 30% ($12)
JSAUX 6-in-1 Multifunctional Docking Station : was $39.99 now $27.99 at Amazon

I reviewed this TV docking station a while back, and it's since become my handheld docking station of choice. The USB-C cable easily fits the Legion Go S's ports, and it also offers plenty of ports for additional accessories.

Save 46% ($6)
Syntech USB-C to USB-A adapters [2-Pack]: was $12.99 now $6.99 at Amazon

When I first started using handheld gaming PCs, I was a little frustrated that many of my USB-A accessories couldn't plug into my handhelds. That's why I bought these adapters. They're small, easy to travel with, and make it easy to use all my handheld peripherals with Legion Go S.

Tomtoc Arccos-G47 Travel Bag for Steam Deck and ROG Ally
Carry your handheld 👜
Save 25% ($13)
Tomtoc Arccos-G47 Travel Bag for Steam Deck and ROG Ally: was $52.99 now $39.99 at Amazon

Tomtoc's carrying bag is the only one that I know of that fits all handhelds, including the Legion Go S. Plus, it gives me tons of extra room to bring other accessories like a docking station, adapters, a charging cable, a power bank, and more. Plus, I love that I can sling it over my shoulder rather than carrying it.

Anker Power Bank
65W Portable battery 🔋
Save 36% ($25)
Anker Power Bank: was $69.99 now $44.99 at Amazon

The Legion Go S has the same problem that most other handhelds do: the battery doesn't last all that long. That's why it helps to bring a power bank with you on trips. I like this one because it offers a 65W output necessary for the handheld and has a convenient USB-C cable built into it. So there's no chance of losing it.

JSAUX 65W USB-C Charger
Extra charger ⚡
Save 27%
JSAUX 65W USB-C Charger: was $25.99 now $18.99 at Amazon

Another way to keep your Legion Go S charged up is with this handy charger kit. It provides the necessary 64W output you need for the handheld, along with a 6.6-foot cable to make it easier to plug in.

JSAUX USB-C to USB-A 3.0 Adapter [2-Pack]
Adapters ⚡
JSAUX USB-C to USB-A 3.0 Adapter [2-Pack]: was $8.99 now $6.99 at Amazon

Another adapter I highly recommend and use regularly is this one. I love how the braided cable makes it easier to connect certain accessories, and it works with USB-C 3.0 devices, which is helpful.

Artciety Artciety Foldable Bluetooth Keyboard
Bluetooth Keyboard ⌨️
Artciety Artciety Foldable Bluetooth Keyboard: $43.04 at Amazon

To be clear, this keyboard is no longer on sale for Cyber Monday, but I still highly recommend it to Legion Go S owners. I bought it last year and have used it countless times since then. It makes it so much easier to type on my handhelds like the Legion Go S or simply to move the cursor around on certain game menus.

Handheld FAQs

What is the most popular gaming handheld?

The Nintendo Switch and newer Nintendo Switch 2 are the most popular gaming handhelds available right now. They are great family consoles with everything from couch co-op games to mature single-player titles. However, the Steam Deck, Legion Go handhelds, and Xbox Ally X also have followings among PC gamers. They can play a wide variety of PC games from indies to compatible AAA games.

Can handheld gaming PCs run modern AAA games smoothly?

Yes, but it depends on the handheld and its configuration or internal hardware for what kind of games it can run. If you want to play AAA games, you'll need to make sure you buy a more powerful handheld gaming PC.

Will Steam, Xbox Game Pass, or Epic Games library work on Legion Go S (SteamOS)??

Yes, but you'll need to do some work on the Legion Go S (SteamOS) first before you can access more than just Steam.

For help with that, check out my guide on how to use Decky Loader. This guide is specifically written for Steam Deck, but it should work for Legion Go S (SteamOS) too.

Is the Legion Go S (SteamOS) a good handheld?

Yes, many people love the Legion Go S (SteamOS) since it offers similar performance to the Steam Deck, but offers a nicer screen and more ergonomic casing.

Cyber Monday starts on Monday, December 1, 2025, but, as with Black Friday, it has already begun appearing as the theme for deals at certain retailers. While its discounts are generally restricted to the day itself, some deals may extend into Tuesday and beyond.

When does Cyber Monday start on Amazon?

Cyber Monday has already started on Amazon US, with its promotional messaging shifting away from Black Friday in the early hours of Saturday morning, on November 29, 2025, and is expected to last until the end of Monday, December 1, 2025.
