PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG) is a battle royale game focused on scavenging weapons and using stealth or other tactics to be the last person alive. While the player count has dropped in recent months, it's still one of the most popular experiences out there.

One of the main reasons why the title is so popular is the continued support. PUBG: Season 4 promises significant changes when it hits PC on July 24 and consoles later this summer. The biggest tweak has to be the new look of the game's first and most iconic map. The classic "Erangel" map now features new building styles, more realistic scenery, better terrain, and some changed areas within the map.

If you purchase the PUBG: Season 4 "Survivor Pass," you get access to unique missions and rewards. A new feature called "Co-op Missions" will allow group progression.

If you're on the fence about PUBG, you can play it through Xbox Game Pass. The subscription gives you immediate access to over 200 games for one monthly price.
