I've put off building a PC for some time, but I've gradually put together a list of PC parts to buy in case any of them went on sale for Cyber Monday. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the vast majority of the parts on my list went on sale for Black Friday and Cyber Monday. All of the deals add up to savings of hundreds of dollars on my PC build, so I couldn't really resist, could I? Full disclosure, I actually bought my parts through Amazon UK since I live in England, but this is a similar build made out of parts on sale or for good prices in the U.S.
- ATX Mid Tower Case: Corsair 110R Tempered Glass Mid-Tower ATX Case
- Unreal CPU Value: AMD Ryzen 5 3600XT
- Not on sale, but still great: XFX Radeon RX 580 GTS Edition
- A reliable choice: Gigabyte B550M motherboard
- Dual-Channel DDR4 RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB
- Budget-friendly storage: Crucial MX500 500GB SSD
- Power-effecient: Cooler Master 750W 80+ Gold Power Supply

ATX Mid Tower Case: Corsair 110R Tempered Glass Mid-Tower ATX Case
This case is simple, but that fits my desk aesthetic well. I went with the tempered glass version to show off the internals, but you can opt for a solid case if you prefer. It supports a variety of drivers and fans, so it can work with different hardware.

Unreal CPU Value: AMD Ryzen 5 3600XT
I actually went with the less powerful Ryzen 5 3600 in my build in the UK, but the Ryzen 5 3600XT listed here is a better deal in the U.S. The Ryzen 5 360XT is a six-core beast of a CPU that also includes a cooler, which saves you some cash.

Not on sale, but still great: XFX Radeon RX 580 GTS Edition
The RX 580 is the best budget option, and although this GPU isn't actually on sale due to its high demand, it's an excellent value. It can even handle virtual reality titles.

A reliable choice: Gigabyte B550M motherboard
This motherboard actually isn't on sale, but at just $95 it's hard to pass up. It supports 3rd Gen AMD Ryzen processors and has dual channel DDR4 support. It also helsp future proof the setup as it works with Ryzen 5000-series processors.

Dual-Channel DDR4 RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB
This is a dual 8GB configuration that fits the B450 motherboard without getting in the way of other pieces of hardware. It's also on sale for 20% off for Cyber Monday.

Budget-friendly storage: Crucial MX500 500GB SSD
With this build, I can afford to go with a more budget-friendly form of storage. This SSD from Crucial has read/write speeds of 650/510 MB/s, which is enough for my workflow.

Power-effecient: Cooler Master 750W 80+ Gold Power Supply
This 750W power supply is always affordable, but Cyber Monday knocks off another $20. There are some other power supplies that cost even less, but I went with this one as I trust the brand more than some cheaper options.
Cyber Monday sales make a gaming PC much more affordable
At about $850, this build delivers solid performance powered by the AMD Ryzen 5 3600XT and the Radeon RX 580. It's more than powerful enough to handle my workflow, which consists of general browser usage, 2-D photo and graphic editing, light video editing, and some casual PC gaming.
The best part about this build is that thanks to Amazon's Cyber Monday deals, I saved $450 on it. That's a chunk of change and enough to grab quite a bit of tech to go with the PC in the form of accessories, games, or other parts. I might also save it for a rainy day or to upgrade some parts later.
