PES 2020 looks like quite the upgrade.

What you need to know
- PES 2020 is a soccer simulator for Xbox One and other platforms.
- The game is launching in September.
- The title runs at 4K resolution on Xbox One X.
- You can preorder the game for $60 through the Microsoft Store (opens in new tab).
PES is a soccer franchise that rivals FIFA, and many gamers believe that it's more authentic. While this debate rages on, PES 2020 is right around the corner. According to Konami, this time around you "take command of the ball like never before with new dynamic dribbling skills, new first touch techniques, and finely-tuned ball physics, all developed in close consultation with renowned midfielder Andrés Iniesta."
This time around, PES 2020 is called "eFootball PES 2020." It seems like there's a stronger focus on esports this time around.
According to the Microsoft Store listing, the game runs at 4K resolution on Xbox One X and features other enhancements. You can purchase the standard edition for $60, or the "Legend Edition" for $80. Luckily, both version launch on September 10 so you don't have to pay for early access.
