Amazon has the Acer XG270HU omidpx 27-inch 1440p 144 Hz FreeSync monitor on sale for $319.99. This monitor came out in 2015, but despite that long pricing history has never dropped this low before. It is going for $400 at Newegg and other retailers, and it was most recently going for $370 or more on Amazon before today's drop.

The monitor has a WQHD resolution with 2560 x 1440 pixels featuring high-quality images and exceptional detail. It has a response time of 1 ms, giving you smooth transitions no matter how fast the action is. You can also reach a refresh rate of 144 Hz, which is perfect for gamers. The monitor is compatible with AMD FreeSync tech to reduce screen tearing and Nvidia's G-Sync if you use a GeForce GTX 10 or 20 series graphics card. Connectivity includes DVI, HDMI, and DisplayPort.

The biggest fault of this monitor is that it isn't VESA compatible, so you can't mount it to a wall or monitor arm, but there are a lot of options for adapters for that sort of thing.
