Whenever a popular game launches, gamers want to know how it runs on Xbox One X and PlayStation 4 Pro (PS4 Pro). Trine is an incredibly popular platforming series that's coming to the consoles on October 8. According to an interview with developer Frozenbyte, the title will only be enhanced for Xbox One X and not PS4 Pro.

You can read an excerpt from the GamingBolt report below.

We recently got the chance to ask developers Frozenbyte a few questions about their upcoming action-platformer, who confirmed to us that the game will be enhanced on the Xbox One X. 'The resolution is dynamic on Xbox One X and is a lot higher than on Xbox One with 60 FPS, but doesn't necessarily reach all the way up to 4K,' marketing manager Kai Touvinen told GamingBolt... That said, the PS4 Pro won't feature similar enhancements.

It's great to see that the Xbox One X is receiving special treatment. We've been playing the game on the console and it looks amazing on a 4K display. Just for comparison, the game runs at 1080p and 60 frames per second on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PS4 Pro.
