Ghost Recon Breakpoint PC requirements revealed

What you need to know

  • Ghost Recon Breakpoint is coming to PC in October.
  • The game got its long-awaited PC specifications today.
  • It's launching for Xbox One and other platforms in October, too.
  • You can preorder it for $50 through Amazon (opens in new tab).

A few months ago, Ubisoft unveiled Ghost Recon Breakpoint for Xbox One, PC, PlayStation 4, and Google Stadia. The game is a co-op adventure which also pushes the boundaries of storytelling and features The Punisher's Jon Bernthal. Many fans thought that Ghost Recon Breakpoint would be an expansion for Ghost Recon Wildlands, but it's an entirely new game. The title is designed to push you further than you've ever gone in a Ghost Recon game. Instead of the usual organization and certainty of your actions, you're being hunted by a powerful enemy and thrown onto the dangerous Pacific island of Auroa.

Today, Ubisoft revealed the system requirements for the game. You can take a look at them below. It uses a lot of cutting-edge AMD features and in order to provide the best possible experience.

Minimum – Low Setting | 1080p

OS: Windows 7/8.1/10 CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 1200/Intel Core I5 4460 RAM: 8 GB GPU: AMD Radeon R9 280X/Nvidia Geforce GTX 960 (4 GB)

  • Can I just commented on how misused "2K" resolution is. Half the people think 2K means 2560x1440 and others 1920x1200...
    HD= 1280x720
    FHD= 1920x1080
    2K= 2048x1080
    QHD= 2560x1440 (literally quad HD 1280 2x and 720 2x)
    UHD= 3840x2160 (US "4K", early on was called QFHD if you can figure out why)
    UHD= 4096x2160 (actual 4K)
