The previous version of the MagicBook 14 got marked down in our review due to its older internals. The refreshed lineup mitigates that by bumping up to newer processors.

Both new laptops from HONOR are light, with the MagicBook 14 and 15 coming in at 1.38kg and 1.53kg, respectively.

The laptops both feature displays that are TÜV Rheinland certified.

  • I would definitely buy this laptop, works for what I need it. Has anyone bought one of these before?
  • I've been using the Huawei branded older version (MateBook D 14) for about a year now and I've been very happy with it. Paid £500 for it in the UK and even the older AMD chips were very good for the price and the design/hardware you were getting. Newer gen AMD chips will certainly make a big improvement.
  • Now it's just a matter of getting it to me in the US lol.
  • It's a shame we can't have nice things like this in the U.S. due to the negative scrutiny that Huawei gets in the States.
