Earlier in the week, Xbox actually teased Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 coming to Xbox Game Pass on social media, so this announcement came as little surprise, especially considering the previous game had only recently been announced for Xbox Game Pass.

Not that I'm complaining, in fact, I'm glad Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 has come to Xbox Game Pass so quickly, as my colleague, Brendon Lowry, gave it a perfect 5/5 star review, while claiming it was his favorite RPG of 2025 and that it was better than Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 continues the adventures of Henry of Skalitz as he seeks to avenge his parents' murder. Players will be taken on a grander and darker journey than the previous game while enjoying hundreds of hours' worth of content, gorgeous visuals, an improved combat system, and a gargantuan open-world filled with worthwhile adventures to be had.

With the entire Kingdom Come: Deliverance series now on Xbox Game Pass, I'm gonna be busy for the next few months, finally discovering what makes this franchise beloved by so many RPG fans.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt needs little introduction. This revolutionary Open-World RPG took the world by storm in 2015 and has continued to influence the video games industry over a decade later due to its phenomenal story, perfection of the Witcher's combat system, gargantuan open-world, deeply complex characters, and superb writing.

You play as Geralt of Rivia, the monster-hunting Witcher who is on a journey to find his missing daughter Ciri, who is being pursued by a group of horrifying beings clad in dark armor called The Wild Hunt.

I personally played this game when it first came out, before any of its lengthy DLC expansions came out, and I had a blast spending hundreds of hours taking part in quests to hunt horrifying monsters, making tough moral choices that weren't simple "Good/Evil" choices, and creating a fun build where I reduced enemies to ashes with bombs and fire spells.

With Witcher 4 in development, now's a good time as any to revisit this modern classic on Xbox Game Pass.

Of course, I'd be remised if I didn't give a shoutout to our football by spotlight EA Sports College Football 26, the latest entry of EA's American football video game series.

Football fans have to wait months to watch another live game, so College Football 26's inclusion to Xbox Game Pass is pretty timely, as it will give fans time to kill while they wait.

EA returned to making football games with College Football 25 after an 11-year hiatus, but College Football 26 returned the franchise to form.

It features enhanced in-game physics, better controls, more realism elements, expanded game mods, and other traits that make College Football 26 a rare case of an annually-released sports game that tries to improve upon all the elements of its predecessor rather than a few.

As for the games leaving this month on February 28, they are:

  • Monster Train.
  • Expeditions: A MudRunner Game.
  • Injustice 2.
  • Middle Earth: Shadow of War.

Stay tuned for more info as we keep an eye for Xbox Game Pass' next batch of games that will be announced in March 2026.
