If I were in Canada, I'd be on the way to Alaska or Niagara falls. Navigation system would consist of an hp elite x3.

Question is spend $2000 on a surface book or $2000 on a third party laptop. Specs would def be higher with the third party, but you won't get the build quality or support you do with the Surface Book.

With Surface, you don't have to go digging for firmware and drivers.

Didn't know it was a holiday there too. It's so nice having a day off. I'm thinking about taking a 1 year vacation.
