Microsoft is sending emails to some Windows Store developers informing them that their apps have been removed from the Store for violating its quality standards.

King has now released a version of its popular puzzle game Candy Crush Soda Saga for both Windows Phone 8.1 and Windows 10 Mobile, after previously releasing the game for Windows 10.

Microsoft will cut the price on many of its Windows 10 apps, games and more in the Windows Store as part of its "Ready, Set, Summer!" sale. It begins on Friday, May 27 and ends on June 6.

Some Windows 10 users are reporting that they have not been able to access the Windows Store and some of their apps, such as the Mail client, for over a day.

Microsoft is developing a Windows Phone 8.1 game called FYCPT, which requires the use of the Microsoft Band fitness wearable to control its character, a paint drop.
